Results of the 2023 Customer satisfaction survey
The satisfaction of our customers is in the heart of our concerns. Thats why we’re realising every years a survey to find out more about your points of satisfaction as well as your expectations, so that we can respond as effectively as possible and improve ourselves.
The 2023 customer satisfaction survey, entrusted to a specialized firm, took place on july 10 and ended on September 8, 2023, according to the model entirely resigned in 2021 to include new issues (energy transition, customer orientation, information system…) with a modernized ergonomics.
We would like to thank our customers who took the time to respond. The overall results are very positive and support the efforts we are making mosly about the energetic transition. We are actively working to improve on your points of dissatisfaction.
For each completed survey, GRTgaz makes a 20 € donation to the association « La Péniche du Cœur » de Paris (Les Restos du cœur). This year, as promised, GRTgaz is doubling your donations, since more than 150 of you responded to the survey. We’re pleased to offer a cheque of 6,600 euros to the association, enabling to welcome the beneficiaries in the best possible conditions this winter. A new, more comfortable barge that can accommodate 70 people was officially inaugurated in June 2023.
