With the UBI (Use-it-and-Buy-It) offer, you now have access to unused subscribed capacity in both directions (entry and exit) of our Network Interconnection Points.

Thus, the UBI offer is available on all products marketed on PRISMA, including when there is no longer any capacity for sale.
