Dans une volonté de coordination forte avec les opérateurs de transport adjacents, GRTgaz lance, en accord avec la CRE, une commercialisation spécifique de capacités au point d’entrée Taisnières H, en cohérence avec la période de lancement du nouveau service de Transit Interruptible de Fluxys.

Afin d’apporter de la visibilité et une facilité d’accès au marché, GRTgaz et Fluxys ont travaillé ensemble pour proposer une articulation cohérente de leurs règles de souscription et proposent ainsi la commercialisation coordonnée de capacités au point d’interconnexion de leurs réseaux.

Pour permettre aux expéditeurs une réservation cohérente de capacités de part et d’autre de cette interconnexion, GRTgaz modifie ponctuellement ses procédures d’allocation des capacités au point d’entrée Taisnières H.

Une fenêtre de souscription spéciale (Open Subscription Period (OSP)) est ouverte à compter du 27 avril 2009, à l’heure de parution de la présente communication et jusqu’au 12 mai inclus, permettant aux expéditeurs d’exprimer leurs besoins en capacités annuelles fermes du 1^er octobre 2009 au 30 septembre 2010 au point d’entrée Taisnières H.

Toutes les réservations reçues pendant cette période seront réputées simultanées et feront l’objet d’un traitement au prorata des demandes, en cas de besoin supérieur à la capacité ferme disponible. Entre le 27 avril et le 12 mai, la participation à l’OSP sera le seul moyen de réserver de la capacité annuelle d’entrée sur le Point d’Interconnexion Réseau Taisnières H.

Dès le 13 mai, les règles usuelles de souscription et d’allocation seront rétablies sur ce point.

As part of its quest for close coordination with adjacent transmission system operators, GRTgaz, in consultation with the CRE, is launching a special Open Subscription Period at the Taisnières H entry point, to coincide with the launch period for Fluxys’ new interruptible transit service.

In order to create transparency and facilitate access to the market, GRTgaz and Fluxys have worked together to produce a consistent set of subscription rules, which make it possible for them to offer coordinated marketing of capacity at the interconnection point between their transmission systems.

So that shippers can make consistent capacity reservations on either side of this interconnection, GRTgaz is temporarily modifying its capacity allocation procedures at the Taisnières H entry point.

An Open Subscription Period (OSP) will begin on April 27, 2009, at the time of publication of this communication, and will run until May 12 inclusive, allowing shippers to state their annual firm capacity requirements at the Taisnières H entry point for the period beginning on October 1, 2009 and ending on September 30, 2010.

All reservations of capacity received during this period will be deemed simultaneous and will be handled proportionally to the shippers' requests, in the event that demand should exceed available firm capacity. Between April 27 and May 12, participation in the OSP will be the only way to reserve annual entry capacity on the Taisnières H System Interconnection Point.

From May 13, the usual subscription and allocation rules will be re-established on this point.
