GRTgaz launches innovative online recruitment campaign

Today GRTgaz is launching an external e-recruitment campaign 2.0 called “Live the GRTgaz Experience”, based on the use of digital tools and interactivity with the employees of the company.

For a period of one month, the “Live the GRTgaz Experience” campaign will advertise job vacancies on a dedicated website: www.grtgazrecrute.fr. The vacancies will concern a variety of profiles, organised in seven groups of technical professions: Operations, Specialised maintenance, Network inspection and management, Engineering, Information systems, Logistics Purchasing Procurement, Risk prevention and control.

Candidates can apply for the vacancies advertised via an original concept based on the use of digital functionalities such as video applications and filling in online questionnaires. They also have the possibility of talking with employee “ambassadors” of GRTgaz and asking them questions directly on social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) about their technical profession, the skills required or any other point relative to the job position.

GRTgaz employs close to 3,000 employees and hires approximately 300 people annually.
