Updated on 20/03/2020

Since the early days of the Coronavirus - COVID 19 crisis in France, GRTgaz has organized itself to monitor the development of the sanitary situation on a daily basis and take the necessary measures to preserve the health of its employees while ensuring the continuity of its activities.

GRTgaz ensures public service missions, aimed at ensuring the availability and security of its transmission network to preserve the country's gas supply.
In coordination with the Public Authorities, GRTgaz has implemented its Business Continuity Plan.

On the one hand, these are recommendations in terms of health, safety and hygiene and, on the other hand, operational steps to adapt the organization of activities.

For employees whose activities have a direct or delayed impact on the supply and / or transmission system security, special measures have been taken to organize continuity of service.
The national and regional dispatching rooms continue to operate 24 hours a day. The working conditions of these employees are established in strict compliance with government health recommendations and barrier measures. For all other employees, teleworking has been made compulsory.
For all the other employees, GRTgaz makes homeworking compulsor.

For all customers, your usual contacts remain mobilized, by phone or by email, according to your needs (please find their contacts bellow).
In the event of a stoppage in your process or a significant drop in your consumption, please inform your sales contact by e-mail as soon as possible.
We ask you to guarantee GRTgaz's teams permanent access to our facilities, in the event of a necessary intervention.
