 Sandrine MEUNIER - Chief Executive Officer

Sandrine Meunier began her career in 1999 with Gaz de France’s Research Department.

In 2009, she joined GRDF as Chief of Operations for the Western Ile-de-France region.

In 2013, she joined the Technical Department of GRTgaz.

In 2017, she coordinated the Trans’HYtion project, designed to investigate options for developing a hydrogen sector in France.

In 2018, she was appointed Deputy Director of the Information System Department at GRTgaz.

In 2019, Sandrine Meunier was appointed R&D Director in charge of the RICE (Research and Innovation Centre for Energy) at GRTgaz.

In 2021, Sandrine Meunier was appointed Director of Operations for GRTgaz, tasked with managing major projects launched by the Operations Department, and in particular with adapting it to the corporate project, the aim being to transform GRTgaz and speed up development of the renewable gas and hydrogen sectors.

Sandrine Meunier is 52 and was awarded a PhD in Chemistry in 1999 from the Blaise Pascal University (Clermont-Ferrand).

 Pierre DUVIEUSART - Deputy CEO

Pierre DUVIEUSART has been Deputy CEO since 1 September 2018.

Pierre Duvieusart began his career in 1992 as an engineer designing heat exchangers for combined cycle plants and cogeneration.

He then joined Elf Aquitaine as a Project Economist, then as Financial Controller in the Exploration and Production Division.

In 1999, he joined Entenial, the banking subsidiary of the AGF-Allianz group, where he was the "Infrastructures and Energy" manager.

He joined Gaz de France in 2001 as an M&A Project Manager, before joining the team in charge of making the company public. In 2006, he became the Manager of the Financial Division within GRDF.

Pierre Duvieusart has been GRTgaz’s Finance Director since 1 March 2012.

In September 2018, Pierre Duvieusart was appointed GRTgaz’s Deputy CEO.

 Benoît MIGNARD - Adjoint au Directeur Général, Responsable Domaine Finance, Achats, Logistique

Franck Wintenberger started his career at EDF (1996 to 2011).

  • From 1996 to 2004, he had numerous responsibilities working in EDF’s finance division, handling consolidation, and management control for EDF and then international entities.
  • In 2004, his international career began when he was appointed General Secretary for EDF in Egypt. 
  • In 2006, Franck Wintenberger was transferred to Poland where he held the post of President of the Surveillance Council for thermal power plant run by Tarnobrzeg (EDF’s Polish subsidiary) and Co-director of the cogeneration plant in Kraków.

He then joined the gas industry in 2011 where he has remained to this day.

  • In 2011, Franck Wintenberger became Director of Customers and Suppliers for East Ile-de-France at GRDF.
  • From 2013 to 2015, he held the post of Director of Customers and Territories for the East region at GRDF.
  • In 2016, he was appointed Director of Regions & Future Projects and member of GRDF’s Executive Committee.
  • In 2018, Franck Wintenberger was appointed Director of Ile-de-France Networks at GRDF.
  • Since 2014, Franck Wintenberger has also held the position of President of the Board for Romanian gas distributor Distrigas Sud Retele.

Franck Wintenberger, aged 50, holds an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated from ESCEM School of Business and Management in Tours and Poitiers.

Anne-Sophie Decaux, technical director

Anne-Sophie DECAUX has been Technical Director - Director of Industrial Assets since 1 September, 2018.

A graduate of the Arts et Metiers Institute of Technology (ENSAM) in Paris, Anne-Sophie Decaux began her career as a project manager in gas engineering, then becomingan expert engineer working on underground storage surface installations at Gaz de France’s (GDF) Transport Department. After this, she joined GDF’s Research Department where she managed a group of researchers, before being appointed managing director of the Paris distribution network at GRDF, French gas distribution network.

In 2009, she joined GRTgaz as Deputy Director for the Seine Valley Region. In 2013, she became head of the Technical and Expertise Centre, which will become GRTgaz's Technical Department.

On 1 September, 2018, Anne-Sophie DECAUX was appointed Head of Director of Industrial Assets, which includes, in addition to the Technical Department, the IT Department and RICE (Research and Innovation Centre for Energy).

Adeline Duterque, secrétaire générale

Adeline Duterque is taking over management of GRTgaz’s General Secretariat.

Adeline Duterque began her career in 1992 with EDF-GDF Services, working as a branch manager.

From 1997 onwards, she had various marketing and development roles in a number of different Gaz de France business teams, before taking over as Director of Gaz de France’s Strategic Analyses in 2004.

In 2009, she joined GRDF as Development Director. 

In 2012, she joined ENGIE, working as a Senior Economist and Vice President in charge of Forward Planning. 

In 2019, she was appointed Director of ENGIE’s CRIGEN Lab – ENGIE's research centre dedicated to energy sources and new energies in towns and cities.

She had also served as Chairwoman of GRTgaz's Board of Directors since 2018.

Adeline Duterque is 55 years old and is a graduate of Paris business school HEC.

 Pierre COTIN - Commercial Director, Head of the Marketing domain

Pierre Cotin started his career at Gaz de France’s Treasury Department in 1992. He then moved to the Gas Supply Division, in charge of negotiations with Norwegian and Dutch producers, before heading the commercial dispatching department.

In 2005 he was seconded to SPE-Luminus, which was then the #2 power producer and power and gas supplier in Belgium, where he was Corporate Director Trading & Supply.

He returned to France as Deputy CFO of GRTgaz and then participated in the creation of Elengy in early 2009. He was Chief Strategy Development and Marketing Officer for Elengy until August 2008.
Pierre Cotin has qualifications in engineering and economics.

Anthony Mazzenga has been Director of Development since 1 January 2023

A civil engineer with a degree from Mines ParisTech, he joined Gaz de France's Research Department in 2005 and held various positions in the residential and tertiary sectors before joining GRDF in 2009 as an analyst, then Manager of the strategy team.

In 2016, Anthony Mazzenga became Advisor to the Deputy CEO of ENGIE Group, in charge of supervising the gas infrastructure scope and the China Business Unit, then, in 2017, became Head of Development for the ENGIE-EDPR-Eon consortium on the Dunkirk offshore wind power call for tenders.

He became part of GRTgaz in November 2018 as Director of the Renewable Gas Programme, before becoming Director of Hydrogen & Renewable Gas from July 2021.

Anthony Mazzenga is a founding member of GRTgaz’s LGBT+ & Allié×e×s network and as such was recognised as a Role Model by the association l'Autre Cercle in 2021.

Benoit Pouzieux, directeur des opérations

Benoît Pouzieux a débuté sa carrière en 1995 au sein de la branche Transport de Gaz de France (devenue GRTgaz en 2005) au poste de Chef de projet au Service Équipement Île-de-France. En 1997, il devient Chef d’exploitation 
Île-de-France Nord.

En 2000, il rejoint la Direction Négoce de Gaz de France en tant que Chargé d’Affaires. Deux ans plus tard, Benoit Pouzieux devient Maître d’ouvrage Système d’Information afin de conduire la restructuration du SI du dispatchnig commercial (gestion logistique des approvisionnements européens de gaz).

En 2003, Benoit Pouzieux rejoint à nouveau la branche Transport de Gaz de France au poste de Commercial Senior au sein du Département Acheminement.

À partir de 2007, il prend la tête du Département Système d’Information Clients de GRTgaz.

En 2010, il est nommé responsable du Pôle Grands Comptes de l’entreprise.

En 2014, Benoit Pouzieux devient Directeur adjoint de la Direction Ingénierie en charge de la performance financière et du projet de transformation de la Direction.

En 2018, il est nommé Directeur de la Direction Système Gaz, dédiée au pilotage et à l’équilibrage des flux de gaz sur le réseau de transport (dispatching 24h/24), à la planification des travaux et à l’intégration des injections de gaz renouvelables.

Depuis 2023, Benoit Pouzieux était Directeur délégué de la Direction Clients et Optimisation du réseau, couvrant les fonctions marketing & ventes, les relations avec les clients, consommateurs, producteurs et expéditeurs, ainsi 
que les activités de conduite et d’optimisation des infrastructures de GRTgaz.

Benoit Pouzieux, 53 ans est diplômé en 1993 de l’École Centrale de Paris (CentraleSupélec). Il est titulaire d’un master en ingénierie gazière de Mines Paris obtenu en 1995.

Stéphanie Guillerand, Director of Human Resources

Précédemment Directrice Juridique d’Elengy puis Secrétaire Générale de Storengy, Stéphanie Guillerand rejoint GRTgaz et intègre le Comité Exécutif en qualité de Directrice des Ressources Humaines. Elle pilotera notamment les activités opérationnelles et de développement RH, de recrutement, les relations avec les instances représentatives du personnel, l’administration du personnel et la rémunération les différentes actions en faveur de la diversité ou encore les questions de santé et sécurité au travail. Elle commence sa carrière dans le cabinet Poux-Jalaguier en tant qu’avocate en droit de la construction, des marchés, de l’immobilier et des affaires. Elle y officie de 2000 à 2006.

Elle intègre ensuite Gaz de France en tant que juriste contentieux, immobilier et environnement où elle travaille jusqu’en 2014. Elle y conduit différents dossiers liés au passé industriel de Gaz de France, des dossiers pénaux liés aux accidents ou encore des dossiers immobiliers dans le périmètre parisien. Elle cartographie également les risques concernant la filière juridique. Stéphanie Guillerand devient Directrice Juridique d’Elengy en octobre 2014. En sus de l’accompagnement opérationnel, elle y encadre notamment le rachat de l’entreprise par GRTgaz. Elle est également secrétaire du Conseil d’Administration. En 2018, elle devient Secrétaire Générale et Directrice des Ressources Humaines de Storengy-France. Au-delà du pilotage du dialogue social et du déploiement des politiques RH, elle encadre différents sujets liés au projet d’entreprise, à l’immobilier, à la logistique, à l’éthique et la conformité, au système d’information ou encore à l’audit et aux risques. En 2023, elle devient vice-présidente du GIE Géométhane de Manosque. Avocate du barreau de Paris depuis 2000, Stéphanie Guillerand est titulaire de plusieurs DEA (sciences politiques, droit public économique), d’une licence en histoire de l’art et d’une maîtrise en droit des affaires.

Hervé Constant joined EDF GDF Services in 1990 where he held a variety of positions in Paris as a project manager and operations manager for electricity and gas networks.

In 1999, he joined Gaz de France’s Supply Department, then the Trading Division to manage long-term gas purchasing contracts (Egyptian and Algerian LNG, etc.), before becoming Head of HR for the Trading Division.
In 2007, he joined the IT teams of the Infrastructure Branch of GDF Suez in charge of the IT of the subsidiaries GRTgaz, Elengy and Storengy.

In 2011, he joined GRTgaz to open and manage the IT Department (in accordance with the Energy Code, unembedding GRTgaz’s IT from that of ENGIE to make GRTgaz autonomous and independent).

Since then, the IT Department has been operating, maintaining, upgrading and ensuring the security of industrial and tertiary IS in collaboration with GRTgaz's business units. The IT Department contributes to their digitalisation to enable operational performance.
