Measure the quality of service

GRTgaz, which is ISO 9001-certified for all of its activities (transport, connection, delivery and gas carried), has set up several indicators to control the quality of its services.

From January 1, 2009 GRTgaz will carry out monitoring on the quality of its services.

GRTgaz introduced its service quality monitoring system in 2009. Certain areas are identified as essential:

  • the quality information produced on day D+1 on the quantities supplied to the points of consumption on day D,
  • the quality information produced during the day on the quantities supplied to the points of consumption,
  • the quality of published forecasts,
  • the availability rate of the commercial portal and the site that publishes the data (between 7am and 11pm),
  • the quality of the market information regarding the annual maintenance programme and its impacts,
  • relations with transporters: processing lead times and complaints,
  • meeting delivery deadlines of connection facilities,
  • greenhouse gas emissions.
