Measure the quality of service

GRTgaz, which is ISO 9001-certified for all of its activities, has introduced a system to monitor the quality of its services on the basis of a number of indicators used to control the quality of its deliverables. Every year, we also conduct a satisfaction survey amongst our customers in industry, transport and distribution. The survey reveals that our customers trust us to create the conditions of an open and dynamic market.
