An attractive and evolutive pay policy

We pursue an attractive pay policy, combining fixed and variable compensation, retirement and employee savings schemes and advantageous employee shareholder programmes.

Our employees receive a fixed basic wage that represents 75% of their compensation. This is supplemented by a number of variable components:

Compensation also varies according to the type of job and/or family status: on-call duty and continuous duty, mobility aids, other family aids (childcare, service vouchers, etc.).

Compensation is defined at the time when the employee is hired on the basis of their qualifications and experience, and gradually progresses in the course of their career.
According to a comparative survey by HAY in November 2015, GRTgaz offers basic compensation that is higher than the market average.
