THROUGH TO END CUSTOMERS

The rules for the determination of quantities :

At each Consumer Delivery Point, and at each Regional Networks Interconnection Point, the daily or hourly quantity delivered is equal to the daily or hourly quantity measured at the Consumer Delivery Point or at the Regional Networks interconnection Point concerned if the consumer is supplied by a single supplier.

If the consumer or the PIRR is supplied simultaneously by several supplier, a special agreement, called "Delivery Point Allocation Agreement", has to be conclued. This agreement precises the concerted rules between the parties to share, each hour and each day, the total quantity delivery between the several suppliers. These rules are fixed case by case.

At each Transport Distribution Interface Point (PITD), the daily quantity delivered is determined by the Operator from the information communicated to him by the operator of the Distribution Network located downstream of this PITD, in accordance with the rules drawn up by the GTG 2007.
