| Philippe Boucly started his career joining the Research Division of Gaz de France where he carried out studies about the behaviour of underground storages. In 1982, he joined the Transmission Division of Gaz de France where he was involved in studies developed in connection with natural gas transmission for the French market. From 1987 to 1994, he took on duties as a operational manager, first in Paris, then as Head of the Centre-Atlantique region. From 1994 to 1999, within the International Division of Gaz de France he was in charge of the cooperation with Gazprom and the development of projects in Eastern Europe and in the C.I.S. (Commonwealth of Independent States). He was appointed Chairman of the Board of Ecogaz, a subsidiary he created in Russia in order to develop projects for energy savings and efficient utilisation of natural gas. From 1999 to 2002, he was Chairman of the Board of Fragaz, a joint venture between Gaz de France and Gazprom in charge of trading natural gas and gas equipments between both companies. From 2002 to 2008, he was successively member and Chairman of the Board of SPP, the Slovak gas company jointly controled by GDF SUEZ and E.ON. On September 1st, 2008, Philippe Boucly joined GRTgaz as a Director. | |

| Jean-François Lechat is a specialist in natural gas transmission. As soon as he entered Gaz de France in 1976, he opted for that sector in order to work on the construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal at Montoir-de-Bretagne. For more than 10 years, he has contributed his expertise to the liquefied natural gas marine transmission sector, in particular at the Center for Technical Cooperation with Algeria, from 1982 to 1985. In 1989, he became interested in system management, joining the Gas Planning and Control department in the Eastern Region (Nancy). He was deputy manager for gas control until 1995, when he became the unit operating manager in charge of the Mediterranean Transmission Region. In 2001, he moved to the position of Head of Ile-de-France Transmission Region. Since 2005, Jean-François Lechat has been Chief Operating Officer at GRTgaz. | |

| Philippe-Jean Garnier, a Civil Engineering Graduate from France's Ecole des Mines, has held numerous positions in the Gaz de France Group, which he joined in 1976. For almost 20 years, he alternated between management roles in Distribution, in different Centres, and a marketing and sales career within Gaz de France. He then headed the SDIG, Gaz de France's communications subsidiary, before joining COFATHEC when the new Gaz de France business line was in the setup phase. In 2002, he joined the Transmission Division, taking charge of the Engineering Design Department, and was involved in the project to set up GRTgaz. At the creation of GRTgaz on January 1, 2005, he was Head of Strategy and Development, responsible for GRTgaz's investment planning, the development of its market offerings and for relations with the regulatory authority. Philippe-Jean Garnier is now Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, responsible for developing and producing customer services, and for the development of transmission capacity. | |

| Sylvine Mazet began her career as a teacher. She then joined the pharmaceutical sector, where she held successive positions in legal and financial affairs. She was then recruited by a SME in the IT industry, subsequently taken over by Compagnie des Signaux, as Administrative and Financial Director, before going on to specialise in Human Resources after training at ESSEC. Within this Group, she took the operational role of Human Resources Director in different structures (IT support services, research centre, etc.) at regional, national and European level. In 2001, as part of the SUEZ Group, she became Human Resources Director at SITA SUD for 5 years, then at ELYO Ile de France for 3 years. Since January 1, 2009, Sylvine Mazet has been the new Director of Human Resources for GRTgaz. |
